Cardio Kickboxing (CKB) is suitable for both males & females that would like to rid themselves of all that built up daily stress while getting fitter & healthier. It is a great class for those that would like to train with other people and get a workout in a fun, friendly and dynamic environment. It is a circuit class that uses Kickboxing techniques and other varied exercises and to trim & slim you body while making you huff & puff. You have an experienced trainer to teach you and push you so that you work harder than you would on your own. During the class you will get to punch & kick training pads, there is no sparring and the only contact is between your punches, knees, elbows, kicks and the training pads. Classes are on Mondays & Wednesdays from 5:30 – 6:00pm, come in and try the next class for free with no obligation.
